1. After reading the Terms and Conditions, kindly send a DM on Instagram (@meriyart) or an email ([email protected]) with the subject “Commission Request” and a detailed description of your request. It doesn’t need to be formal. Feel free to be casual and use emojis, but please don't forget to be respectful 😊2. Include in your message:
• Type:
Personal, Commercial, Character, Environment
• Bust / Half Body / Full Body
(for character commissions)
• Number of characters
• Emotions or expressions
• Hairstyles and outfits
• Age, height and body type
(if applicable)
• Color preferences or palettes
• Time of day for background
(if applicable)
• Reference photos or rough sketches (greatly appreciated!)3. Once the price is agreed upon, an invoice (via PayPal) will be sent to your email.4. The artist will begin working on the sketch after full payment is received.5. The sketch will be sent for your approval before coloring. Additional charges apply after two (2) revisions.6. The flat colors will be provided for confirmation before final rendering. The same revision policy applies.7. The final illustration will be sent via email or Google Drive link in PNG format, unless another format is requested.

• Estimated completion time: 4–7 weeks, depending on complexity.• Deadlines are estimates and may be adjusted for complex pieces or unforeseen circumstances.• For commercial commissions, this includes promotional art, an additional charge of 100-150% of the base price will be applied depending on the scope of usage.• For personal commissions,
the client cannot:
- sell the artwork for profit
- Mint or sell the artwork as NFTs
- Use the artwork for AI training
- Remove the artist’s watermark
- Claim the artwork as their own

PAYMENT

DELIVERY

ARTIST RIGHTS

• The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork.• The artist may:
- Post the artwork on social media, unless the client requests privacy beforehand
- Include the piece in their portfolio• The artist may refuse commissions beyond their current skill level
(e.g. complex perspectives, architecture, dynamic poses).• The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if the client:
- Behaves disrespectfully
- Fails to communicate adequately
- Violates these terms
